Hi scottspond, some how didn't think she would, Florida vs Manchester, no contest really ;-) The area I live in is New Mills, in High Peak in Derbyhsire. If it doesn't ring a bell, it's just past Lyme park, Buxton is about 2 miles away, Stockport 9 miles and Manchester 20 miles (all via road) Handily the railway station is about 5 mins away from my home, so trips to Manchester are pleasent through the countyside and don't require I use the car ;-) And in summer I get to hop on the odd steam trian, every boys dream. My Mancunian mates reckon I've gone "all posh" living here, as I was born and grew up in Fallowfield and went to school in Rusholme. Regards ChrisC.

I've moved back to PA, and am thrilled to return to the MAG swaps, so count me in! I will likely have a few others from school that I recruit, so I'd guess another two or three attendees via me. I remember attendance more around 80-120....yrs 2003-2006ish (total people, not just GWers). I can come to either May 4 or May 11 (definitely cannot May 18 as that is graduation at the college, and April just puts it in the thick of kiln firings for classes which means I'd likely try to go and have to skip at the last minute), but May 11 is my full point vote....give May 4 a 1/2 vote for me please. I'll be able to bring more plants if it is then, as I'll have some time to harvest from my mother's gardens that I'd planted for her several years back. Hi everyone! MAG is emerging late this year it looks like. i just stopped by to check on the date of the swap. I'm not sure I can make it due to my daughters birthday party. I'll see if I can schedule the party for Sunday instead so I can come. Let me know if anyone wants a patch of golden ragwort for a shady or partly shady spot.

Whew Flora. I think I got back just in time! Clawskeeter- I couldn't get my email to go out. What did I do wrong? Usually I don't have so many technical difficulties.... really!..... I'm not just saying that. It's a little embarrasing how I'm looking forward to the swap. Just getting over and looking at Gerry's yard again will be a treat! FYI- Going to Perennial Point afterwards would probably not be a good idea. Bad thought. No. But I could give directions.... and if someone wants help loading a car or something I would swing by to help out. Not a problem at all. Just give me the word....
