Spritzer... it got a bad name based on Zilis mentioning a virus in the Handbook, but concern about that seems to have faded and also Geisha (aka Ani Machi) might do the trick for you, though I think it is even more viridescent than Spritzer. Certainly spectacular in spring. Comments (7)Don~ Opal and Trevi Fountain aren't hostas. I don't think hostas normally have spots. I was wondering if they were pulmonaria, but Chris pointed out that the mystery plant has waxy leaves. He thinks arum or asarum.
