PermaTill in Canada?

Does anyone know if this product is sold in Canada? I couldn't find any information on the Internet. If it isn't available here is there a substitute that can be used? Also, is this only for clay soil?

    i also note.. they are very adamant.. this is for voles ....

    Ken, the specific PermaTill-VoleBloc Barrier is for voles, however; the PermaTill that I am referring to (I don't know if it is the same thing) is a soil amendment.

    I heard about it on this forum of course.
