I've been saying for the last two years that I wanted to make stuff for the kids teachers. This year I am doing it. Since I am doing it out of season and will be using store bought stuff, I am trying to keep the cost down. I am definitely doing Linda Lou's Apple Pie Jam. I have both the BBB and Small Batch Preserving. I am looking for one more recipe that won't cost me an arm and a leg. I need to make enough for about 18 teachers/aides. Anyone have any suggestions?
