The Ball Complete book has recipes for both apple juice and for cranberry juice. Both are very straightforward and do not require any additions such as lemon juice. Therefore, is there any reason I cannot combine them to make cran-apple juice? And if anyone has done this, do you have a suggestion as to the ratio of each to use? I would probably start at 50:50, but am guessing I might prefer more apple than cran. But am really not sure on that.
