Stacy: Wet soil is a prime factor in causing iron chlorosis. I've seen it come on strongly here after a wet spell. If it is normally a problem on your property I'd treat. But if this is an uncommon event then things should improve with drier weather.

Thanks Rob and thanks moccasin (even if you did call me Rob). Yes, I do get lots of lightning bugs when it gets warmer. Pretty soon the hammock gets put out and the umbrella goes up on the deck and then we know Summer is on the way.

Thanks Lainey for responding, thought it might get lost in the other pics. Similar look, a bit of blue in one I snapped. I count about 14 vein pairs in my pic vs 9-10 for Lunar Night. Owners said wish they knew what it was, and to let 'em know if I figure it out. Three hosta in particular at this garden I made note of and this was first on my list - figures. Thanks again. Paul

We received half an inch. Thought it would be more for as long as it rained. It was hard early but most of the flowers looked pretty good, enough to elicit some wows from visitors.
