That's it, writersblock, thanks so much. With your link, I see it is everywhere & seems to be liked. I am not against it, as it is pretty when blooming. I guess I may as we like it, it's almost impossible to get rid of it.

How interesting that they look so similar. Maybe not in person, but the pictures. My lawn guy told me it was Virginia Buttonweed. When I looked it up, I figured he was right. Now after seeing the thread on Richardia, that looks more like it.

That's kind of the way I see it, although I have noticed that nutsedge is tougher than it is, unfortunately.
