Unknown Hoya-Name that Plant

I have been busy lately collecting some new houseplants and this hoya is one of them. I am not sure what kind it is. All the tag said was Hoya Carnosa with Jade written in marker. The leaves are mostly all green but I do see a very slight flicker of silver on the odd one, not all of them. It appears healthy but I would like to know what kind it is.

This is the one I mentioned to you Diane about being mostly all green with no white edges at all!

The tag was correct (well, except for the Jade part - what's THAT all about???) It's the old fashioned solid green carnosa, and yes, it does get some silver flecking in the leaves. Looks very healthy - good growing!

That's a beautiful Carnosa! Very healthy looking:-) My Carnosa has quite a bit of the flecking and yours looks different than mine! (makes me wonder if they marked mine right or not.... never know what you are growing most of the time. Have to wait till they bloom)

2) I will try to get a clearer picture of the leaf arrangement. 3) I'm still at work, so I didn't get a chance to get out there yet and check for spines on #3. It came from a pinch that James the curator let me take from the UT Trial Gardens... I'm sure that whatever it was, it was lovely at the time I got it, or it wouldn't have caught my eye. I hope it's not this invasive weed! 6) I will try to get a clearer picture of the leaf arrangement tonight. 8) I have Daisy Fleabane in other spots and it doesn't look like this so I guess I'll just grow it out and see what it is. 9) I have several of this one that I collected from the vacant lot. I will bring one to the swap so you can see it live and in person. I will feel the leaves of this one when I get home! It came from the vacant lot, too. This one sprung up on its own in one of my unamended beds... it might just be a weed but I wanted to find out. Can you tell the difference between Myosotis and Cynoglossum? I don't think either of my two specimens has seeds at this time. There's no basal leaves and I think it had a root. The stem is tough. I can get a better pic of this one now that it has recovered from being transplanted. I'm going to look at my Coreopsis tinctoria tonight to see if the basal leaves look like this. I think they do. I have several of these hairy things with the red petioles, so I will bring one with to the swap.

I have this one ( comparing the looks of it from the pick )and the leaves are burgundy when tiny and new.
Then they will change to dark green. And there is not much of the white splashing - flaking on them compare to the other old fashion green carnosa.
The other one with a lot of white flakes does not have new growth burgundy- just plain green.
So far I had no blooms on them so itÂs hard to compare the two

I am looking forward to the day this one blooms. I am very happy with this plant, because it does appear to be happy and healthy. I am going to have to check the new growth to see what colour the leaves are mich.

Diane, do you fertilize your hoyas with Miracle Grow or any others. I do have some bloom booster but have yet to use any on these plants.
