The oddest observation for Hoya Lauterbachii...

Hi everyone
I've been worried about my Hoya Lauterbachii all winter. It has been looking very wrinkled on the leaves, as though it was dehydrated or something. Last week I took a cutting (which is rooting beautifully, hooray) so that I had a back-up in case it did die.
However, when I looked at it today, the leaves were plump and the plant looks healthy.
I don't know what did it, perhaps it's because we're enjoying some very lovely warm weather and lots of sunshine, or having a cutting taken.
Anyone seen this before?
