A few blooms still.

Had to go back to work, miss my garden lots during the day!! Still some daylilies blooming, but very few, just thankful to see any!!! I have some rebloom. This is Little Jet Setter. It was new in the spring from the auction. It came with a scape on it, which didn't make it, but has now sent up a fresh scape with blooms, So glad to see it. I really like it.

It is a small bloom, but very pretty. Lots of buds on it.

Autumn Wood just finished up the other day.

Pasque Flower is most likely my longest bloomer. It still has a few buds on it and it started on July 3.

Whiskey and Babe enjoy playing in the garden

The black swans have been visiting me the past few days also, they are just beautiful birds.

Exotic Echo is going crazy with rebloom!!

This is Visual Pleasure, rebloom.

Redid a small bed with new grasses.

And the pot ghetto, is growing like crazy, I ended up with over 40 more pots of daylilies from the lady who was giving away her daylilies.

Exotic Echo is pretty and so is Jet Setter. I had Exotic Echo once, but the squirrels dug it up and shredded it when it was first planted. I never got to see it bloom here!

Hey, great looking pot getto. Now to find homes for them! Whiskey is definately wondering what Babe is doing under the bench. Your redone bed looks great and the yellow conewflowers are really pretty. I have never seen yellow coneflowers before. Pasque Flower is my favorite daylily.

Unfortunately Bubblegum Delicious got crown rot this fall, and three of four fans died. I doubt that it will be alive in the spring. I did get a couple of seeds out of its pollen when crossed with Pink Lemonade Party that I'll plant next year. Debra

Oh, ferpetessake, Sara, isn't it as cold as a frozen potato at your place yet? So unfair. But your bouquet is beautiful, and I would be happy with some of that color, whether in shreds or not (and yours isn't in shreds, either). I have noticed that large hunks of the U.S., particularly the East and upper South are way warmer than normal for this time of year--maybe some reward for putting up with the rotten cold of the last two winters. I read on another thread that Christopher in New Jersey has a bunch of roses still blooming, too, plus some abnormally warm weather. That would be so nice. Diane

PERFUME TIGER RADIO TIMES SALLY KANE TOP NOTCH - looking really peachy WATERCOLORS - not very colorful and this one I couldn't figure out if it was KORBASTA or FRED HOWARD. I've had the same problem this year with Wedding Gown. It was slow to multiply from the beginning, although a nice stocky healthy looking plant. It had multiplied to 3 fans & I moved it (used a shovel & dug it up with a clump of dirt). It decreased the next year to 2 fans, last fall was back up to 3 nice fans. This spring it is back to a single fan. Lovely flowers & many buds to a scape, but this is getting ridiculous. Last night I had a dreadful nightmare! All but 6 of my daylilies died over the winter! The relief when I woke up & realized it was just a dream, and actually I tend to lose more to crown rot in the summer.

JET SETTER is a very pretty one. and I love AUTUMN WOOD.But, os course the PASQUE FLOWER is a beauty, too.Been a long time since I have seen any Black swans,and they are so pretty.Looks like WHISKEY might be getting ready to Pounce on BABY when she comes out from under the bench.At least you have some blooms here in September and a Lily too.The Pot Ghetto looks very nice to me..My potted ones looks a whole lot better then the ones I have planted.

LITTLE JET SETTER and PASQUE FLOWER are my picks. Both are very pretty. Love the pic of the swans.

Pasque Flower has striking veining and texture; so does Jet Setter.

Thanks everyone, Rita,the orange coneflower is called Big Sky, and I had never seen an orange coneflower before. I did end up putting two of the potted ones in the gardens, Chicago Apache and Miss Jessie and now I only have 4 spots remaining in the gardens.
Mantis, the camera is a basic point and shoot, Canon Powershot SD960 and I am very happy with it.
The black swans are very pretty, but they are very aggressive!! If they see me in the yard, they start honking loudly for food, ( I do feed them) and they will take it right out of your hand. It is alot of fun.
