Uh-oh... Freezer won't open...

It's been a while since I've been in the basement and found last night my freezer door is frozen shut... I can pull it maybe a half inch at most... probably ice buildup.

I have about 150 pounds of deseeded, dejuiced heirloom tomatoes in freezer bags--mostly tomatoes halved & squeezed, some grill roasted, some just raw then frozen. I'm sure there are a couple TV dinners and maybe some meats like chicken nuggets or something too, plus my KitchenAid ice cream bowl and maybe a couple quarts of banana fudge ice cream in cool-whip containers.

Is there a way to save anything?

If I pull the plug, how long to defrost enough to get the door open?

Will what's in there still be good for a few days?

Maybe I can defrost enough to get the door open, plug it back in, and save everything?

Or is everything lost?

Thanks for any replies.
