Is it common for hoyas to bleach out in full sun?

Hi

I was wondering if anyone knew if it is a common problem for hoyas to bleach out in full sun?

I have a huge one that gets full sun from the time it rises in the east, till it sets in the west at work in front of huge windows.

Its vine growth from the pot is a good 4-5 feet long. It gets well over 30 blooms at once. Right now the vines are loaded with dozens of buds.

But, the leaves are always bleached out, a yellow and bright green color on the side that gets the sun.

The other side of it is a bit greener, but still light green.

I took it out of the sun for a few days last week, and it is starting to green up again.

But now I am afraid I will loose the flowers if I don't put it back in this much sun again. .

It never use to bloom for me, until it got this much sun. It always had variegated deep green and white leaves out of full sun. It use to have goergous foliage.

Is the FULL sun to blame, or is there a trick to keeping the foliage looking great, while at the same time have tons of blossoms?

Does I have to choose between blooms or lush green and white foliage?

Thankyou.
