Big, BIG, batches...how do you do it?

I amazed at the folks here who can manage 40 pints of this or 80 pints of that from a recipe or from canning marathons.

How do you do it? I'm wiped out from making 12 or 16 pints of anything really, but can only imagine what it's like to make HUGE batches.

Do you have an all-day-assembly line going on? Do you have a huge, 20 quart stockpot to cook in? Canning parties? The whole family involved? Cook outside?

How do you manage? I'm really curious, especially with big batches of jam or jelly. How's it done?
