Leone, we don't care how many typos there are in George's posts - we will figure them out, rest assured. Of course, we always love to hear from you, too! After all, you can give us the real skinny on George. As to the cat - yep, they do have a sense of humor. We use to have a big old grey-blue boy that would hide behind the door in the summer and when you came in he would jump out and just fall over right in front of you. Of course, you would nearly fall trying to either stop to avoid stepping on him or trying to step over him. Then he would jump up and run like mad to the far end of the house to the front door, turn and run back to you just as fast as he could. Then, he would stop and sit down so nicely and wait until he was petted. It's amazing how many times we would start through the door and forget what was going to happen! One of our guinea fowls brought up 15 baby keets this evening (counted 5 this a.m. and 15 this p.m.) and our big old male cat just laid there and looked at the babies. I think he has tangled with the cock before and knows better than to move toward those babies....LOL. Now, he may have been licking his chops and trying to figure out a way to get them, but I don't think he is that dumb! Hugs to you both. Mary

Pyrgal, That is so sweet!!! He truly has a wonderful sense of humour when it comes to gardening, outdoing us at every turn. He showed me who's the gardening boss when He sowed a wild white Thalictrum in my (or is it His?) hosta garden a couple of years ago. After identifying it the first year, I thought it would look nice if only it was taller, didn't need support, and bloomed for a long time. This year it has topped 6 feet, has no support, and has been blooming for a month now. He's GOOD!! The picture is a bit blurry, but you get the idea.

Before you take the pictures of walls before insulation/drywall, write in Sharpie the measurements on the 2X4's etc., ie blocking 28" from edge of wall etc. MY DH wrote everything down in a book, great idea, but he can't find the book! I took the pics, but have to be a detective to figure out actual locations from using landmarks in the photos! LOL As a consequence he missed the blocking by 1/4" when installing towel warmer....ARGGHH!

Lynn, You make me laugh! I wish I had Elizabeth's money! I am 55 years old and I included all of my boyfriends in the exs. When my first husband and I divorced I was single for a long time and had no intentions of ever getting serious again. I did one time for a short period and got my heart broken again. So if I was seeing someone and he started talking marriage I would very tenderly and lovingly wish him well and tell him how I hoped he found just the right woman who would make all of his dreams come true because I just COULD NOT get married again. I always parted friends and love to run into them now. Sometimes their wives give me an evil look, but there is no harm in me. I'll give them a hug, too! But..... the plot thickens..... Just imagine the looks on all of my ex's faces when 13 years ago I settled down and married a man with 7 children, six still at home, and the youngest in diapers! I've never been bored! It's not always been easy, but they are all grown and out of the house except for the baby who is 15 and 6'2". He is spoiled rotten and the apple of my eye. A fine son. I've told him he can never leave home. Somebody has to take care of us elderly parents! All of my friends were sure I had lost my mind when I told them I was marrying a man with 7 kids. But, EVERYONE loves my husband. (Even the Exs!) It took me 3 tries and over 40 years, but I finally found a good, faithful, hard working, Godly man who helps me find dishes to buy! He actually encourages me! What more could a woman want, I ask you? Betty
