Basil, Cilantro and parsley on it's way

I started these from seeds and the basil is taking off....My real question is...when planted in seed started in small containers, they are pretty close together, and I'm afraid of hurting them when separating and moving into a bigger container for them to get roots established.

HOW DO YOU DO IT?

The cilantro is still very small, but it's coming!!!

I also have a GH that I'll be setting up before winter. So all of these will be in Pots for easy transfer to the GH...

We have very mild winters here with only a few days in a row of below freezing temps...aside from a possible early freeze (which happened last year).

Any suggestions comments etc would be greatly appreciated.

swiss chard...it got flooded with rain, and didn't drain properly....and although some is still alive? I wonder of it's survival.
