Planted Bare Root doing poorly

Hi All,

Nube here trying to shed the moniker. I planted 10 various bare root daylilies in my garden a few weeks ago. All are thriving growing new vegetation save for two which have withered away and only showing brown fibrous material above the surface. One of these had been doing well but just decided to give up, and the other never got started and decided to take a dirt nap. Should I ask for a replacement from the onliner etailer I purchased them from or are these two specimans just playing dormant? Thanking anyone in advance for some imparted knowledge.
