Is this herb Hyssop?

I planted a medicinal herb garden here in Mexico last spring and then lost my 'garden map' identifying what I had planted where. I believe this herb in the photo is Hyssop. I planted in April, so the plant would be 3 months old. It hasn't flowered. Can anyone identify this herb?

THanks Heathen, Actually, I found it in a book I have. It's a "fourlined plant bug". I guess it really likes mint and some other herbs. When it feeds on the leaves, it leaves a strange circular brown/black spot on the leaf, which is what mine is like. I will try to get a pic for you. Sort of strange......I've lived here 24 years, and I've never seen this big before. Makes me wonder if I brought it in on the hyssop. Thanks for your help.

I'm on a quest to solve a mystery regarding anise hyssop tincture. We've made two batches of tincture in the last year, one with dried herb and one with fresh. They were both prepared with 100 proof alcohol, and after they were strained both produced a greenish sediment/sludge, some of which stuck to the bottom of the jar. Does anyone know what caused this, or has anyone else experienced this? We ended up getting rid of both batches, so I don't have any pictures unfortunately. Thank you!

Thanks Socks and Heathen1: I think this picture is deceptive. It's just the tops of the young plants and they were picked wet (Mexican monsoon). I think by fall they will have grown much taller with more separation between the leaves. I think the double whorls (smaller leaves inside larger leaves) is the diagnostic point. We can wait 'til fall and see if they flower like good Hyssop should.

Yes, it looks like Hyssopus officinalis in both posted pictures....Not Agastache.

Mine just started flowering....from winter-sown plants this year!
