Gaura does fine in my area also. The flower is 4-petalled, a-symmetrical, and difficult to mistake. Flowers may be larger or smaller; the ones I have seen are white or pinkish. Petals may be fat or narrow. For sure it's a Trifolium, hopefully it's ornamental. This year I WS'd T. rubens Clover, hopefully it doesnÂt go rampant in my rock garden now. ;)

One thing I especially love about borage is that you can get both blue and pink flowers on the one plant! Very pretty, especially if you can grow it en masse. The downside to borage is those spiky leaves - you MUST use only the very youngest leaves.
