Trailing plants for herb-garden wall

Hello, everybody. I'm putting an herb garden in a bed that is bounded on one side by an east-facing retaining wall. The wall gets full sun pretty much all day. The wall is cinder block, about three feet high. I'd like to put in some trailing plants that will conceal most of the wall, and that fit into the herb theme. There is already thyme planted there, and it is creeping down, but very, very slowly.

Some ideas I had were trailing rosemary and trailing nasturtium. There is already a large upright rosemary in that bed -- is there any problem with cross-polination between the rosemarys? What other plants would you suggest I consider for this wall? Thank you in advance!
