Dot, thank you, thank you! Four blooms in one day. Lucky you. Yours looks so much better than mine. Of course my fans are small and my scapes only have 4-6 buds each. By the way, that first bloom on mine was 6 1/2" - is this about the same as yours? Next year I hope to see a huge improvement in edge and form on mine. I have said this before and it is still true that your pictures of Miss Annie are much better than the one on Frank Smith's website. Are these rebloom scapes?

You have posted Zahadoom before and I never tire of looking at it. That one may need to go on my want list, although I don't have room to plant the seedlings that I want to keep.

You have such fabulous daylilies and I have really enjoyed seeing your pictures this summer. Great photos. I think I need to take a photography class. I just can't seem to get good pictures.

I appreciate your extra effort in posting this. Please know it was greatly appreciated.

Sorry Ann I forgot to say that these were rebloom scapes. I didn't measure mine but I would have to say they are at least 6". I know it was really a show this year with my two fans and I got a few seed pods. The color is lighter now that it is so hot. I add a little contrast to my pictures to make them stand out since my pictures are not crystal clear like some peoples pics on here. So I do edit my pictures before posting. Glad you enjoyed.

Well, I am glad I did look because I saw some really nice daylilies. Zahadoom is increadable.

Dot, what did you cross her with? I bought seeds of a couple of crosses of Miss Annie, but there were not a lot offered on the Lily Auction last year. The seedlings from those seeds should bloom next summer.

There isn't a daylily in that group that isn't gorgeous. thanks for posting Zahadoom again. I love that one but am not too crazy about the strange name. Now that I've said that it will turn out to be someones Aunt or something.

That is such a pretty flower, I like the delicate color & form. I've been keeping an eye out for daylilies with family names & have a few. Fortunately, I like all of those flowers too.

Ann apparently I lied about the seed pods LOL. After going out and looking they must have aborted. I do remember tho that it set pods from JT Davis.
Maryl, the name Zahadoom accordingly to the Stamile website is the name of a dark and mysterious planet.
Jerry Hyatt is blooming this morning, will take a picture shortly and post it. Not a lot of people grow that one.

I like your Miss Annie Belle, but the other 3 caught my eye even more. Love that Zahadoom and Blueberry Baroque (Even though I didn't see anything resembling blue in the pic).
