Which is Dwarf Confederate Jasmine?

I want to plant Dwarf Confederate Jasmine that is a good groundcover that you can walk on. From what I understood from a tv program I watched and took notes from years ago, that would be Trachelospermum asiaticum, which one of my IFAS circulars calls "Small-leaf Confederate Jasmine" and it doesn't flower.

However--when I've visited 2 nurseries in different areas, they are both selling what they call dwarf confederate jasmine but it has white flowers. One of them had a latin name like "Trachelospermum minimosa" or something like that.

My question is, what is the real Dwarf Confederate Jasmine that makes a great groundcover you can walk on?

Thanks, Natalie
