Better taste: Bush Delicata, or Honey Boat Delicata

Am looking at seeds for this summer and trying to decide between the "Bush Delicata" available from Renee's Garden or the "Delicata Honey Boat" from Botanical Interests.

I grew 1 plant of Delicata Honey Boat last year and got a decent yield, but I don't think it tastes as sweet as the delicata I find in the stores. It could be my soil or my watering, or perhaps it's the variety?

Any thoughts on taste comparison between the two, or are they roughly the same?

Or---maybe there just a certain knack to growing great tasting winter squash? If there is, please share. I'm knew to winter squash and want to grow more, better.
