Harvesting fog?

I have an interesting problem...I use a rain barrel to harvest water, but here in California we have a dry season that lasts about five months. From now until maybe October, there will be NO rain at all. So of course, no matter how many rain barrels I have, there's no way I can harvest enough from that last rainstorm to last me until the fall.

But what we do have is frequent foggy weather in the summer. It seems to me there must be a way to harvest the moisture from that, but I've never seen anyone with a method. Obviously I wouldn't get anywhere near the quantities you do in a rainstorm, but even if it was just enough to water the houseplants, that'd help.

Any ideas out there?
