If you haven't already, try both Gecko Gardens (Philips Highway) and Plant Ranch (Beach Blvd) to check availability and price. They are specialty nurseries and may have what you are looking for.

I could send you some Miracle Fruit seeds but you know they grow very slowly and it will be years before you get a large enough plant to bear fruit.It took ours almost 10 years and we bought a plant in a 1 gallon pot.

Gecko gardens used to have it, but they haven't been able to find anyone to have it in a while. Plant ranch kinda laughed and said no.

I could give you a very small pawpaw that is leafing back out from going dormant. Im pretty sure I have a few left in 3 inch cups that would love you if you put it in a bigger pot. Im on the southside near beach blvd sams club. Its litle but its a start at least. Just shoot me over an email...

For the others try beautiful blooms off fort caroline. He is great about carrying items no-one else does. I will get to looking wiht some friends in the business and see what I can find for you.

That's cool I might take you up on the pawpaws, but I rarely travel that far. I'm curious puglvr1 where did you get your lychees? My wife wants them, but I've found really small ones on e-bay. Do you live in jacksonville?

Sorry for the late response, I had forgotten that I posted here. Sorry I don't live in Jacksonvill area. Just posted the nursery link for you. I live 2 hours south of Orlando. Small town, I purchased my lychee/mango trees locally. Hope you find some there. I can't wait to get fruits one day. Here's a couple of pics. Planted a year or so ago.

try southern horticulture on AIA in St Augustine. They have a lot of things, are GREAT to ask questions to. We move to near Tampa, and still stop in there when we visit to pick up a plant or two. No telling if they have all you arelooking for, some things are pretty tropical and may not grow that far north like the Miracle fruit...call em and ask!

I just found a neat nursery that might be what you need. The nursery is in Lake Asbury. The woman who owns it is a master gardner and has plants that you don't find in the local nurseries. She told me that she gets some of her plants to use for cuttings from a man in south florida that travels the world looking for exotic plants. I bought a pagoda from her last week. Can't wait to see how it does.She runs adds on Craig's list. Her # is 449-2079

I believe is the Flea market on Beach and 9A that has a stand with many hardy tropical plants. I bought a Mango tree there year a go.
Please if you see a Mango tree or a coconut tree this far north let me know. I wish mine would survive.

I saw small coconut palms at some of the box stores in orange park, they didn't say what varieties they were. Lowes usually carries mangos too.
