Fourth Annual Garden Swap Party

Sponsored by Dirt Diggers Garden Club of Ashdown,Ark.will be held May 20th.,starting at 10:30am.Party will be held at Jack's Isle,Millwood Lake.

This year's theme is "Country Farm" with home style country buffet provided by DDGC. Anyone wishing to bring a covered dish(es) is welcome to do so.

Bring anything garden related for swaps. Plants,seeds,bulbs,gardening books/magazines,garden art,handcrafted items from your garden,etc. Please bring a table and chair(s) to set up your swaps on.It is recommended you bring a posterboard sign for your table with your name,items you have to swap and items your looking for,printed on it.

There will be games,hidden prizes and doorprizes so come join us for a day of fun,swaps,games and meeting new garden buddies.

"...You know how the perennial flowers (the ones that grow back every year) tend to spread so much you find yourself pulling them out of the garden like weeds..." Is this the majority of what's available? Would love to hear from past attendees on some of the less common plants they've gotten. Also, whether many natives are available.
