Edna, It seems to me like you have some good reasons to not get to this. Haven't you been holding down the fort alone at your business while your DH is sick? Hasn't your DH been scary sick for a while? Don't go getting all hard on yourself. I did not send and I am not nearly as tied up as you are.

I didn't send either Edna. We are way too busy here on the farm at this time of year. Now that the deadline is past I have some breathing room. All the more reason to move the deadline a couple of weeks ahead me thinks.

Hope your DH is better and you are getting rested now. Hang in there and have no bad feelings about yourself. I'm sure no one minds waiting a few more days. Still a long time till winter solstice.

I would NEVER associate you with any kind of failure. Making a seed swap deadline shouldn't be a priority when you have so many other things in your life that need your complete undivided attention.

Hey..you're not alone, either. Mine just went in the mail Monday, and it was not nearly the number or assortment as I had last year.

Besides, anything coming from our resident Sweet Pea Queen is well worth the wait! :-)

Yes, my plate has been full. I swear I could sleep for a year, I'm so tired.

Thank you for the well wishes for my husband. The med's he's on make him quite ill. Good news though, the doc
says in about another 9 months DH should be as good as new.

Edna, I know you have been through some really tough times lately - so who cares about seed deadlines? I'm sure Tracy won't mind if yours arrive a wee bit late - I think she'll have many to deal with in the meantime. Mine apparently are still in transit, but once they get to Tracy I asked her to send you another batch of Judas Trees. I remember your triplets from last year and that only one survived, so you're welcome to try triplets again this year :-) I'm so glad to hear your DH's health is improving. You deserve a special hug to help you through your ordeals.

Gracious Edna, I don't know what is going on with your husband, but for heaven's sake, cut yourself some slack! Sounds like you have a lot on your plate, AND it looks like you got the seeds out anyway!

Tracy, I gave Fed-X your lot# yesterday at 10am, they assured me it would be there. They called back at 5pm and asked for it again, needless to say I was not a happy camper. They said it would be delivered today. I gave them permission in advance to leave it on your doorstep.
