Gall mites, webbing, mildew on my fuschia

I'm new to this forum but have been battling fuschia diseases and pests all summer. I realize now that I need HELP!

One of my fuschias developed malformed flowers and leaves akin to gall mites. I have removed the infected area and have been treating with pesticide for several weeks now. The problem seems to be under control, but now it seems the poor plant has something else. There is a white powder forming on the leaves as well as some webbing around the plant. I am guessing it is likely mildew (even though the plant is in a VERY well ventilated area). But what about the webbing?

The plant looks very healthy overall, but up close you can see the damage. Is this poor plant infected with one disease/pest or several? Is there a pest that would cause malformation, white powder, and webbing or am I dealing with multiple problems here?
