before and after-landscape do over

It almost looks like the before picture is better! But this is the price I have to pay to get what I want in the long run. And this is not really the after picture. Those will be taken in the months and years to come. I'm going to get some mulch from a tree service next week.

I admit that I "sold out" and had a landscaper do the design and the work but I certainly had a finger in it. Some of the plants used are: perennial peanut, purple lantana (as a ground cover), minima jasmine, dwarf/compact walter's viburnum, muhley grass, cord grass, agapanthus, plumbago (transplanted from other landscape), lugustrum and the oak was moved from the back yard.

Notice the flagstone path I'm happy with the way that turned out.
