Picea torano

Does anyone in a hot humid climate have it planted? And how it has coped with the heat. The two I planted in the spring have done well and look perfect. A year is not enough to evaluate of course but I find that if they make through the first summer here and look good, then that is encourging. Things usually die pretty quick here. It seems to come from near the same area as A. firma but higher altitude, but not excessively so- that might be a good thing.
