HAVE: have chocolate pudding tree, bananas

I live in Pembroke Pines, looking for local trade only. Need fruit trees. Any will do but no avocado or mango trees from seeds, only grafted. I have banana and plantain trees, I can dig em up. I have a chocolate pudding tree(tastes a bit like chocolate pudding, really produces well) I have two of them , 4 feet tall. Your choc pudding tree sounds interesting. Would you be interested in a huge piece of Monstera deliciosa? I'm in Pines, too.

thanks Kristi for the offer, but I have one of those things growing on my other property that I own. They certainly are delicious. I have tasted them. You have to peel it , eat it and let it ripen some more and then eat them again. You got any other kinds of fruit plants? The chocolate pudding tree is also called black sapote by the way.

I have finally settled into my long tern home here in Oklahoma. The transfers are over I hope. The only issue I have is starting all over again, though I keep digging and moving special plants and taking them with me and replanting them. The one thing I've always hoped to have, are baby banana plants. I have fresh white pumpkin seeds as well as fresh Hyacinth Bean Vine Seeds that are just beautiful. Sadly I don't have much more to trade at this time since I'm having to begin all over again. Let me know if your interested. I can't much offer what most other people can, but, what I have your most welcome to have.

I also have a chocolate pudding recipe, a slight variation of yours. 1/3 cup & 2 tablespoons cocoa powder 12 oz. silken tofu 1/3 cup & 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract 2 tbsp. natural peanut butter Blend together in a food processor or blender until smooth. Earthlady, I have lots of Fig varieties, Pomegranate varieties, dwarf and standard Mulberries and Sugar Apples. I'd like to trade for a Black Sapote. I have a good-sized one now, but it keeps dropping it's flowers.

If you can hold one for me until the next swap that we both attend, I'll hold plant/s for you of your choice.

Coffemon, I'd be interested in the Barbados Cherry and Lisa, Id love any one of the plants you mentioned, sugar apple, or mulberry. What kind of mulberry is it? Is it the morus rubra or black mulberry (native)? My chocolate pudding tree produces so much fruit each year its incredible. I have lots of fruit on it now. I have two smaller ones for trade like I said plus the bananas .

Sorry I took so long for an answer , tropicalfreak. It is a rare tree from Mexico. It is very productive. My tree, as we speak is loaded with fruit. It gets pretty big, Mine is about 40 feet high. It tastes a bit like chocolate pudding, not as sweet, but the consistancy is similiar. You can eat it out of hand. I eat it with yogurt. I just mix it up with it and it tastes awesome. I also make bread with it. There are dozens of recipies. Im in the rare fruit council of Broward and rare fruit trees are my passion. Janis
