Comments (7)Dear bonsaist, how you manage to write in Hindi? I think your friend is from India. Figs thrive in India mostly in Maharashtra, Karnataka where the rainfall is not very high and also where winter is mild. My fig is the one which is available in our Indian market and is different from the which grown in States. The figs are sweet when ripened on the tree. The tree attracts lots of fruit eating birds like bulbul,mynas etc. Yesterday when I tried to pluck one fruit it fell down and got spoilt because we are staying on the fourth floor of the building.
