You can see where the seller is from by looking at the item location. One note about grapefruit. They do not perform well in pots. They sometimes refuse to flower or fruit. These trees really need to be planted in the ground in a very large greenhouse or in an area that has no cold weather. The grapefruit is the one tree that is not at home in a pot. Andi

I have ordered from them before. I ordered 5 ordinary houseplants along with a carnivorous terrarium that I thought would be cool. It was mid-January when I placed the order but all of the plants arrived in great shape, except for the terrarium. It had some dead and dying flytraps. It wasn't a big deal but didn't merit a 5-star rating either, so I left them a 3 star review commenting on the dead traps. They actually changed my review to a 5 star rating and changed my wording to say the plant was healthier than it was. I found that to be very shady, so I would certainly take the ratings on their website with a grain of salt. Other than that, it was a good experience and the plants are still alive and well. They also shipped the plants in packing peanuts which kept them from getting damaged during shipment (from OH to PA) but sure do make a mess!

We just got our tile! We were also skeptical of ordering from Tile.Expert, but the online reviews and local pricing quotes on tile we really liked convinced us to give them a try. We've been planning far enough ahead on our remodel that a 9-week lead time was workable, and we were excited to have our small but heavy (1,377lbs!) pallet of tile delivered this week; with the freight driver noting that the tile was really well packed compared to some he's seen. The boxes were each tightly strapped to ensure no rattling or movement, then wrapped with a very strong, very thick shrink wrap that kept everything solidly in place, and then all that was strapped down further for it's trip from Italy to the PNW. We unpacked all of it the last two days to find there was not one single broken tile in the shipment, and it was exactly as we'd ordered, at a price well under what we could have gotten locally (we had local tile shop quote on the exact same material, with our designers discount, and it was still significantly higher). We'll try to post some pics once it's all installed in a couple of months:) but wanted to share our experience and recommend the tile.expert folks in the meantime!

The shipping time is painfully long nowadays, so if the plant is not wrapped very tight and insulation is not up to the weather... the damage is unavoidable. Broken leaf or dead leaf - is not the reason to condemn the seller. If the plant is strong and healthy to start with - the loss of 2-3 leaves is not a big deal - and if you would think how the boxes are tumbled during shipping and sorting.. there is no surprise there will be some damage. BUT - seems that the general experience with this seller is not good, so just do not buy from them... If at least some leaves are still alive - try to revive them - wrap them in wet towel overnight - if they rehydrate - there is a good chance you can grow some babies. If we want a healthy large blooming plant for a gift - we can buy Optimara in a big box store. Why we shop elsewhere - is for a specific variety. So makes sense to invest time and TLC trying to coax some life out of whatever house salad we got. While still requesting full or partial refund.
