I think Karol outdoes herself with her orders. What did you get? I remember that you ordered last year after seeing some of my pictures of her intros blooming. Wasn't one of them SOUL ON FIRE? My order from Karol came the other day also. As usual, she sends homongous fans that take off right away, at least in my garden. I had ordered 7 daylilies, 6 of which were 2009 intros. She sent me a bonus I had asked for, HEALING TOUCH and then sent 2 more of her 2009 intros as bonus plants. So I got 3 bonus plants but 2 very, very pricey ones.

Thanks for the great pictures. This brings back some great memories from 2007. The one spot going down the hill in the back ( behind the greenhouse) they were just starting on in 2007 and it is good to see how that turned out. I found Karol's garden wonderful but overwhelming trying to take in the sheer numbers of seedlings. Rita, I'm glad you posted this link. I spent the better portion of 3 hours last night viewing her website. I'd click on a new intro and then click on the babies link. I've never seen such beauty. Her colors and eyezones are awesome to say the least. I also downloaded her 2010 presentation. It's great. It does take awhile to load it, so be prepared. She does warn that it's a big file. When I finally stopped, I still lack some seeing them all, I wrote her a brief email telling her how much I enjoyed the site. She wrote back a very nice thank you. God willing, I will be buying some of her intros. Probably will be the older ones, but they are great to me, too. If you have time, view her future intros. You will enjoy the experience. Same potting media I always use for transplanting my seedlings. This is their second transplanting actually. Same potting mix as the time before, so, unless they've suddenly developed a sensitivity. . . The soil they were in was still decently wet from the watering the day before, so after transplanting them I just moved them back under the lights. Like I said, this was their seconding repotting, this one much less traumatic then the first since they were already in their individual pots, I didn't have to do too big a number on their roots. Yes, they always have a phosphorus deficiency, every doggone year it's the same song and dance and they're like that from the day their born. But this year maybe extra bad. Guess I'll plug in the space heater overnight and see if that helps. The fish and seaweed is a liquid emulsion, so it should be useable (though, I admit it's new to me this year, so maybe I'm mistaken). I have been fairly happy with the results with the rest of my seedlings, from onions to peppers, the rest of the year with it though.
