Wow,didn't know you can eat them! They are a horrible weed problem in my backyard. I just wacked them down a few days ago but they grow fast. If you don't find any soon then let me know and I'll see if I can get you some when they grow back in a week or so. OUCH, LOL!

St. Lawrence nurseries, in Postdam, NY, has an excellent selection of Juneberry plants, in addition to a lot of other cold-hardy fruit. They are old-school, though, you have to print out an order form and mail it with a check. http://www.sln.potsdam.ny.us/ I have a few from them (Martin, Honeywood, Smokey). My advice: Fence them in immediately, the deer will eat the young plants. Also, so far they are slow growing, so be prepared to wait a few years.

I cannot seem to find this species of dutchman in my state, Florida. They all seem to have Calico ones. I need the wooly pipevine for the pipevine butterflies.
