Too late to transplant?

I mentioned in another post that I want to contribute some DLs to a community garden. I'd like to give them some of my own, but wonder if it's okay to transplant them now. I can't find any scapes yet, but some of them, such as Ruby Spider, are pretty tall. The weather forecasters say we will have three more days of cool weather and rain, and after that the temps are supposed to return to normal, which means in the mid-to-high 70s.

I don't mind transplanting in the rain,, but do you suppose it might ruin the chance of blossoms for this summer?
