I'm home!!!!

Hooray, we came home for the weekend so the hubby could do some crappie fishing with our son Todd, and yours truly is going to play in the garden all day tomorrow! My sweet son Todd, has all the grass cut neatly, so I can get started early, weeding and generally cleaning my beds. Hope to get them edged also while I'm here. I'm considering sending the DH back to SC without me for a week. He said he would like to come back next weekend and get in some more fishing anyway. It would be great to have a week at home with my garden!!! LOL

Well, WELCOME HOME, Jan.I know you are happy to be able to spend a week in the gardens,getting them cleaned up and pretty again.You will have a few days of gorgeous weather, before the next storms rolls in.

Hi my name is taahirah I'm 47 years old and I am schedule for a partial hysterectomy Oct 18. I recently found out a few years ago I had fibroid but I use to bleed so bad years ago,but fibroid never came up. I relocated and I started getting all this pin in my back and abdominal area and then was told I had fibroid and my uterus is the size of a twelve week pregnancy. I'm tired of this pain and bleeding and I'm severe anemia. After few years they re getting larger.My doctor recommend this procedure years ago but I was so afraid to have it now reading everyone post I feel more comfortable with doing it. I never knew so many women suffered with this I'm so glad I found this site to have some support.

Cooked breakfast, cleaned the kitchen, swept the floors...that's it for inside...heading for the garden now...yippee!!!!

Had a full day in my garden yesterday...can't believe how big and full my dl's are this year! Wish I had a week to be here, but the DH doesn't want to make a trip back next weekend so I'll be leaving with him for SC this morning. I'll plan another trip home in the not too distant future for a few days.

Jan, it's great to see you on here again. I haven't seen you post in ages (although I tend to become a hermit myself when the daylilies stop blooming).

LOL...maximus...I understand, in my case my self imposed absense has been due to my life style change. I've gone from being a stay at home wife and mother to a working gal again! Working for the same company as my DH. I'm his field admin assistant on the large construction jobs we do around the US. It can be interesting and fun, but I do miss my garden. Couldn't stand looking at everybody's beautiful photos and missing mine so much. It's a bit easier now, so I'm beginning to hang around here a little more. Can't wait to see everyone's bloom photos this season.
