light issues, leaves and almost ready flower buds droppin! HALP!

Ok, i live in central arkansas, and the last few days have been obscenely cold for my area. Right now, it is 30, and gonna get lower as night goes on. I had my little meyer in the eastern facing sunroom with a whole wall one window facing east, and skylight right over the tree. I have had it about a month and a half. I no my problem isnt watering...Ive been good about that, +i checked the roots 3 days ago wen this started, and they fine. The biggest flower bud fell off, along with a large leaf. The only leaves that arent very new, and are the dark green color of older leaves, have never recovered from shipping, they are crinkled and slightly folded in, but that has been that way always, and hasnt got any worse. THe supposedly healthy lighter green leaves are dropping, 4 in 3 days. The sky has been overcast almost solid for over a week. Also, the biggest flower bud has dropped, along with all the others on that branch, and 2 more an a different branch, being 6 total healthy flower buds dropped.

Can someone recommend a cheap lighting solution, but i cannot get those lights till the weekend, if i can get them at all, just got a laptop, funds are low...

As a temporary solution, i have moved it into the warmer upper house into a south facing window, those it has large unmovable blinds on it, not much light gets in.

My problem could also be cold, it probably is between 40-56 when it is cold outstide in the sunroom

Quck fix, if any, general advice, cheap! lighting solution all requested (wow, i fell like im asking for the world) When i get home tomorrow, i will try to take pictures if i can find my camera, but i dont no how to post them, i will try to figure it out. Plz help my tree
