      Cast iron? No, you want steel. It has a higher thermal conductivity to produce a more uniform temperature. I have these: http://www.katom.com/067-1020450.html http://www.katom.com/067-1020449.html I use them on my 6 burner CC--they are awesome. English muffins, pancakes, bacon, all at the same time.... I haven't seasoned long enough (had them only since Feb), but I'll try eggs soon. I was advised to get 4 burners and a griddle by many smart people, but with these two griddles (2 burner and 4 burner) I feel that I have the best of both worlds.       Hi, there are so many beautiful daylilies pictured on here with this alphabet soup! Thanks for starting this thread, as it is really nice to see such a variety of different forms, colors, etc. in one place! Kathy, I have never heard anyone say anything about one of yours, CARRICK WILDON. I haven't looked it up yet, but I will, as I absolutely love it. It is bright, different, and looks to be a large flowered cultivar. Of course, it doesn't hurt a bit that Coral is one of my favorite colors in any flower, whether it is a Cary Grant Rose, Agastache, coneflower or any type flower bloom!! I am enjoying all of the ingredients of our soup, so keep it up guys!! My list is growing by leaps and bounds for ideas as soon as I figure out where I want to make some new beds to house all these daylilies that I found out about starting last August!! LOL The two beds that I did have are now full of daylilies, so it is time to get rid of some more grass, pronto!! LOL Jan G.

      Linda...where in PA are you? My husband is in Zelienople on a job, just north of Pittsburg and he said it's snowing big time there too and they're expecting lots more before the system moves on. Brrrr....the cold stuff is heading south from what they say, and we're going to be in the lower 30's during the days and the teens at night later next week. I think I'll head to Key West for a while!!!! :)
      Sure am glad that everyone's posting such glorious photos to help get through this winter, aren't you?

      We're just a hop, skip, and a jump from Zelienople. Your hubby is pretty much working in the neighborhood so to speak. It's snowing pretty good here right now, but tomorrow we're supposed to get as much as 6 inches. It's time to head to the Grand Cayman Islands, and come back when the DL's start to break ground. LOL Now all I need to do is win the lottery.
