Dear Garden buddies,

I want to thank you all for all you've taught me over the years. It's been the greatest pleasure getting to know you. We shared tears and we've shared joy. I am truly blessed to have know you. Wishing you all the most joyous of holidays and a New Year filled with good fortune. May you all win the lottery too.

An Irish Christmas Blessing

The light of the Christmas star to you

The warmth of home and hearth to you

The cheer and good will of friends to you

The hope of a childlike heart to you

....and right back at you Edna. All I can say is my Cottage Garden buddies have helped put the spring back my step and a smile on my face. May everyone have the best Christmas ever and an even better new year.

I so agree with lone piper....When i first started seeing my SO, I had a question why he waits so long for me to meet his grown kids? And I remember sylvia said: this man lacks commitment for you, didn't recover from his divorce and has no concern for meeting your emotional needs. three years past, things changed but the issue is still there, there is still lack of commitment, still not over his divorce and still disregard of my needs... Sylvia knows what she says...it is tough to listen sometimes... She is great!

Ohhh ditto to all of the above. My non-gardening friends look askance at my attachment to all of you, but you do give me such bounce, such joy!!! Thank you every day of the year, but especially at the Holidays. No matter your beliefs or your religion, I hope that you and yours are warm, safe, well-fed and especially together at this joyous time.
