the top one looks kinda like a shaggy mane, but I don't think it is.

Number two is a Rusulla

The first one is NOT a Shaggy Mane, and very likely would cause gastrointestinal distress to say the least. The second is a Rosy Rissula, it is poison. Take the pictures to a library or a bookstore and look for Mushrooms Demystified, By David Arora, or, All that rains brings and more, by the same author. Also, there may be a mushroom buyer in your area at this time of year. They can tell you at least what it isn't. Good luck, Digger
