I second mrlike2u's comment as well, my opinion of E.lactea only comes from too much blood and latex...that sounds weird...there was a time when i begged for a cutting of one...then was a time a had to help dismantle a 14 foot tall one, growing in a tiny interior sunroom, rough 7x7, it was entirly full of a mean green monster...and here in the east most euphorbs get a nasty disease, black spot, it doesnt usually ouright kill that species, just disfigures it and weakens it til it gives after a few years...it also will help spread it to all the mini euphorbs, black spot melts them in a matter of days. I grow basically no euphorbs thanks to black spot, just now worth risking the money a plant that will croak, it took alot of heartbreak for me to bail on the genus.

Yasu Pallas, The picture is not distinct enough for me to identify for sure, but it almost looks like a piece of a succulent milkweed dropped off of a mother plant and fell there - they do that all of the time and root easily. You'll want to soon separate those plants, as they, from what I can see (a Euphorbia, an Opuntia and a Haworthia), have different cultural requirements. A few pictures which show your whole arrangement (which looks quite healthy) would help us ID them. Ellent, cacti don't need to be watered frequently, but their containers should be thoroughly drenched on watering days. Little baby sips are not good for cacti any more than for other plants. If you are going to grow your cactus in a shallow container, it's even more important that you are able to water freely though infrequently.

Yardmom, I was in a rush out the door when I saw your post, and forgot to comment on your darling mini/Minnie Mouse hosta arrangement...so cute!!!! HH...are there any hostas that You DON'T have? Large and small, the list seems endless. You even have troughs, dishes and strawberry pots filled with lovely specimens, eh?. (sorry, couldn't resist) What else are you holding back? I think I'm seeing moss, stones, bark? and what is to the left of the bark(?) at the top of the dish? My computer died a year ago (getting a replacement soon) DH brings his work laptop home at night, so I'll have to wait for an answer(hopefully).
