Hi! I was wondering if anyone has had success or felt the need to use a cold frame in San Diego. I live 15 miles inland and was considering building a cold frame to use during the colder months to start/harden off seedlings. A friend gave me a few old windows and I was considering giving it a try but then thought I'd ask others whether it is worth doing. Anyone try this and discovered problems?
