Cut the three blue-green pieces off at their base / where it turns brighter green. Throw away the rest, as suggested. Set those three pieces aside for several days, then pot up in porous soil (set them slightly in the soil - you might need rocks / pots to hold up the cuttings) - just a little contact on/in the soil is needed. Put in a warm, sunny place, and begin misting daily / every other day / every third day. You should start to see growth within a month or two. When it's warmer outside, put the pots on sun-warmed soil, as bottom heat promotes rooting (if you have a heat pad you can also do this now). The base of the current plant got that way because of too little sun / other bad cultural practice(s).

Is the wood soft and green, and the weight of the leaves is bending it? Is there a chance it is leaning toward the light? If the wood is weak and flexible, and it is in strong overhead light, perhaps you can simply remove a couple of the larger top leaves to reduce the weight and strain on the wood. Giving it a bit of support until the wood stiffens might help it be a more attractive plant in the long run.

Aloe marlothiis are well known for falling over here in Southern California, but usually it's due to poor roots (over watering) or high winds. Recent wind storm in Pasadena knocked over a LOT of tree aloes at the Huntington Gardens, including half of a 30' tall Aloe barberae. Garden is partially closed for a long time now to clean up all the fallen trees. The good thing about fallen Aloe marlothiis is they seem to take rerooting well.

If so, what would be a good ratio for Succulents? Rina, I don't mind the questions. One thing I have learned for spending lots of times on forums is that everyone does things just a little differently, and we each have our favorite methods, depending on the availability of different media. For my other Succulents, I will most likely be using the pumice and soil (which is a cactus/succulent blend containing Canadian Sphagnum Peat Moss, Reed Sedge Peat, Perlite, Sand and Limestone). It was to this mix I added extra perlite and scant amount of sand to my Jade. Drainage test was very good, but I want better. There was no other reason why I used this except that I already had these ingredients on hand. I'll be ordering the pumice this morning and then awaiting proper ratio to mix it with the soil.
