GST cat won't eat after molting, keeps wandering???

one of my GST cats molted yesterday evening, around 6pm. I believe he is a 3rd instar, possibly 4th, not positive. he ate his old skin right after, and appears to be fine, but he still hasn't started eating leaves again. He starts to nibble, or it looks like he is trying to anyway, but he ends up wandering off after a few seconds, and the leaves I have given him are all still whole, no little bites around the edges or anywhere else. I was just wondering if anyone else has ever had a gst wait so long to start eating leaves again after molting. In my experience, they usually start eating leaves again right away after they molt, and he seems to be "searching" for something to eat, so I was worried that something might be wrong with him. the leaves I have given him are young tender leaves, and he sniffs around them for a bit and then wanders off again like he is looking for something else, so I offered him an older leaf and an in between, lol, to see if maybe he would eat one of those, still nothing, he wanders and then rests for a while and then it starts over. I know I am probably worrying for nothing but I started to think that maybe something could be wrong with his mouth since it looks like he is trying to eat and then gives up. just thought I would ask and see if anyone knows whether or not this is sometimes normal for GST's. thanks
