Stormy stopover

Hi, We took a 2 day drive, slept over at Addo reserve, but it was stormy & rainy...saw a few things on the way out...

Kudu bulls drinking water in front of the chalet..

    wow great pictures thanks for sharing them. The picture of the Jackal is great, I have never seen one of those before :)

    I usually see them for a few seconds, this one looks like it wanted to be pictured..LOL!

    Nikki, here it is just prior to the real pic - always running with the nose on the ground - they seem to be real opportunists and very alert...

    Great Pictures...I too have never see a Jackal. LOVE that fur!! So cool! That Zebra is too cute...Thanks for posting!

    Beautiful pictures!

    I believe that is a Red Kite. If it is you are very lucky! They are pretty rare. Very beautiful animals and plants. :) Im jealous.

    Moose, I think it is a Black Kite, we do not have the red kite here.
