OOPS!!! Sorry I didn't know that about Jan. 1 being "everybody's" birthday, if a specific date isn't given. Oh well, Happy Birthday, whenever it is. :>) Mwoods, your statement about each year bringing "joy, laughter, and some tears" is so true. None of us ever knows what's ahead for us. OH MY GOSH! Thank you SOOO much everyone! You all thrilled my heart- I couldn't help giggling & laughing,I loved your messages and little gifts! Really wished I could see each of your faces!... I am so blown away today by all the acts of love, all of the little people in my life who sang "Happy Birthday" to me- 3 different times! The emails, e-cards, and messages on Facebook! and the gifts! My stone cold boss gave me a beautiful coffee mug with the verse- "With God, all things are possible!" And I know this is true - because then she gave me a $100.00 gift card for a hair salon! I almost fell over! then each one of my 4 children called me from all over the U.S.! Then, as if that wasn't enough, when I got home, I found a Birthday card from my Dad with a cashiers' check with 4 digits! WHOA! Most years he can't even remember my birth date! I was worried that maybe he was sick or something! So I called him & he just said- "I love you baby- you've always been my little Kasha!" I had a message from my grand daughter Sophia, singing Happy Birthday in a voice mail- What more can a girl ask for? I didn't want anyone fussing over me, but I can tell you- it felt REALLY great!
You have all made my Birthday so very special! & yes- Lucy- I don't mind telling you - I am 53 today!

Kasha you are only a year older then me lol But hell you look GREAT lol What is your secret??? Those 2 precious babies in your arms!! right? :-))
