Blooming Texas Natives

I had a few natives bloom this week. The Grooved Beehive cactus I rescued In an official plant rescue from a site where they were going to build a controversal seotic plant. This was on a rock dead center of their constructtion. I wish I could have taked the bolder it was on. It has taken a couple of years for it to sclimate to its new digs and bloom. It felt so weird taking that cactus.

Coryphantha sulcata

This year the deer left me 4 Yucca rupicola out of Hundreds that grow on my land naturally. This is the first time in three years that I got that!
