Planting a Sarracenia in Savannah, GA

Supposedly I live in an area with the right climate for Sarracenias, but I am wondering what I would need to do to actually put it in the ground. I am thinking of something like a big rubbermaid container in the ground, full of sphagnum peat moss, perlites, sand, and water. Basically, an artificial bog. How does this sound? Oh, and would the container need drainage wholes?
