Hope, if you wind up with extra seeds at the end of the season, I would love to have some. I have tropical milkweed if you would like seeds or yellow (something). Seeds are collected and dry.

I just checked the Swan Milkweed and there are at least 2 dozen pods ripening. I have already harvested several and there are approx. 50 some odd seeds per pod. So there will be plenty for everyone. I'll have plenty of FN seeds, Hope. The one thing I want everyone to know is that mine came up very, very late in the season. In fact, they were so late, I thought I had lost the plant (which I did, but not the seeds), and I went out and bought 4 more plants! LOL! The seeds that fell on the ground around the plant finally poked up their heads in June! June, no less. Take their own sweet time, that's for sure. But when they did come up, over the month of June, there were lots and lots of seedlings. I now have a very nice patch! Looks like I'm going to have tons and tons of seeds again this year - even more than last year becuase I only had one plant, but this year I have #*$)#(*@% of them. It's nice, though, because you can just tug up an entire seedling and put it in water for the RA's, or put it in a little pot of dirt in the cage.
