Should I/Can I move the chrysalises?

Hello, so, I've been keeping small tortoiseshell caterpillars, everything has been going great until now. I went away for a few days, thinking the caterpillars were still only young. But when i returned, six out of 12 have formed a chrysalis. I didn't expect it and was going to move them to a better enclosure when i returned ready for them to pupate. They're really close together, with barely half an inch between each one. Should i move them to a better place, is it safe to do that?
. Also, i have some cinnabar moths in there and the remaining small tortoiseshells, should i remove the cats or the chrysalides? Will i kill the chrysalides if i move them? Thank you for any help and advice, it's really appreciated!
